Are summer temperatures currently prevailing? Are you worried that the fabrics you ordered will survive the delivery time unscathed?
You can rest assured that outside temperatures of up to 25 degrees Celsius (77 degrees Fahrenheit) will be affected, as almost all of the fabrics you can purchase from us are stable at room temperature (if this is not the case, as with liposomal products and NMNH/UthPeak, this will be explicitly stated in the product description). It is very rare for packages (on airplanes or in warehouses) to be exposed to higher temperatures for extended periods.
However, according to a study, temperatures in delivery vans can reach up to 45 degrees Celsius (113 degrees Fahrenheit) in midsummer. Therefore, in high temperatures, shipping all products that require refrigeration in a cooler is recommended!
So you want to play it safe?
Then this is the solution for you:
The goods you order (cans or bags) are packed in special bags, which are vacuum-sealed and then deep-frozen. On the day of shipping, these freezer bags are packed into a Styrofoam box along with other frozen cooling elements.
Since the boxes aren't actively refrigerated, the goods will naturally arrive unfrozen. However, they will be safely protected from temperatures well above room temperature for a few days – and that's all that matters.
