We ship to (almost) all countries in the world. The dispatch takes place from Germany, which is why customs and customs formalities for EU countries are not required. On request, shipments with a delivery address in Switzerland can be sent from Switzerland (see below). On request, we also ship via express. If you are ordering from Switzerland, you can set Swiss francs as the currency in the top line in the shop (next to the language). If you choose 'prepayment / bank transfer' as the payment method, please make sure to pay amounts in Swiss francs to the account that is kept in Swiss francs, amounts in euros to the account that is kept in euros. The account information will be given to you in the order confirmation.
The shipping fees given here are absolutely reliable only for the countries of the EU. For all other countries, the fees that are displayed at checkout at checkout apply in case of doubt.
Due to the change in our system, we have unfortunately not yet completely prepared the extensive list with the shipping charges for all countries in the world (except for China, because our NMN comes from China and it would be paradoxical to sell it back there ...). The list is only available in the shop language German. In any case, you will see the shipping costs at checkout when you select the country to which the delivery should be made in the corresponding dropdown menu (delivery address).
Regular shipping to countries outside the European Union (such as the USA, Canada, Israel, Brazil etc.) is from Germany and there is no VAT / sales tax.
If the country you are in does not exist in our list of countries of delivery, you can send us an individual request. We will then inform you if a shipment to this country is possible and how the shipping conditions are.
DHL Express (overseas 4 to 7 days):
Shipping within the EU (and up to an order value of EUR 1,000 also to a non-EU country) takes place on the following working day if the order is received before 8 p.m. (for orders on a Friday, shipping can only take place on Monday). For shipments to a country outside the EU and with an order value of more than EUR 1,000, two days are required, since such shipments must first be cleared by customs in our fulfillment center.
The calculated charges for express shipments include a fuel surcharge that depends on the flight booked and is recalculated monthly by DHL Express. Should the actual surcharge turn out to be lower than shown in the shop, the difference will be credited to your account and will be available as a credit for future orders.
Express shipments within Germany:
If the order value of your order should be more than EUR 150, normal shipments are free of charge. For technical reasons, you will not see the 'express delivery' option in this case. As a solution, we suggest the following procedure: You write "Express shipping - fees transferred via PayPal" in the comment field at checkout and transfer EUR 60 to the PayPal account sekretariat.afega@gmail,com and enter the order number and the text under purpose "Express Shipping Surcharge".
If you do not live in an EU country, please note:
Check with your country's customs authorities to determine whether you are allowed to import the product you wish to purchase (especially in the case of NMN). NMN is not a dangerous or prohibited substance, but there are often difficulties with the customs authorities because the substance is still virtually unknown outside of the United States. It helps if you state that it is a chemical that you need for research purposes. If you state that it is a nutritional supplement, you will have difficulties because NMN is not (yet) approved as a nutritional supplement. We are willing to help you getting NMN imported by using 'AFEGA Research Group' instead of 'AFEGA Anti-Aging-Shop' as sender address and by putting the note "For research purposaes only" on the package. Please leave a not in the commentary field at checkout if you want us to do so.
The weight information given on this page is the GROSS weight, i.e. the weight including packaging. Therefore, the information on this page is only an orientation. Only the price shown in the shopping cart is binding. And please be aware: From 01.01.2020, goods may no longer be sent abroad as ordinary letters.

If you are a retailer and want to order larger quantities, please send us an inquiry to sekretariat.afega@gmail.com and describe in as much detail as possible which products you want to order, in which quantities and in which packaging (packaging size / container material / labeling). We will then make you an individual offer.
Methods of payment
We offer several payment options, first of all a regular bank transfer, than N26 (EU), TWINT (CH) and Revolut (CH + EU). If you use one of the payment methods N26, Revolut or TWINT, please, choose 'Bank Transfer' at checkout. You will then receive the corresponding account information for each of these payment methods via email. Please indicate in the comments box if you are using any of the alternative payment methods instead of a regular bank transfer.
